Laser Engraving
Our laser engraving services offer precision and efficiency for a wide range of applications. Using state-of-the-art laser engraving technology, we create high-quality, detailed engravings with exceptional accuracy, consistency, and clean finishes on various materials.

Laser engraving with a 60W MOPA Fiber Laser is widely used for high-precision marking and customization across various industries. This technology excels at engraving on metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and even certain plastics, making it ideal for applications like branding, serial numbers, barcodes, and decorative designs. The MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) configuration allows for adjustable pulse durations, enabling fine control over color marking on metals, deep engraving, and high-contrast results without damaging the material. Common uses include industrial part identification, medical device labeling, electronics marking, and customized jewelry or promotional items. Its speed, durability, and ability to produce permanent, corrosion-resistant marks make it a preferred choice for manufacturers seeking precision and versatility.
How Laser Engraving Works
Laser engraving works by using a highly focused beam of light to remove material from the surface of an object, creating a permanent mark or design. The laser beam is directed by computer-controlled optics, which follow a digital pattern with extreme precision. When the laser hits the material, its concentrated energy generates heat that vaporizes or melts a thin layer of the surface, leaving behind an engraved mark. The depth and contrast of the engraving can be adjusted by controlling factors such as laser power, speed, and frequency. This process is non-contact, meaning there is no physical tool wear, and it works on a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, wood, and glass, making it ideal for applications like branding, serial numbers, decorative designs, and industrial part marking.
